How to change refresh rate?

i have a laptop lenovo G430 B3Q. how can i change the refresh rate of it? is it fixed to 60hz??How to change refresh rate?
Microsoft Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows ME users



1. Click Start / Settings / Control Panel, double-click the display icon.

2. In display, click the settings tab.

3. In settings, click the adapter tab.

4. Within this window you will be able to increase and decrease the computer monitor's refresh rate. We recommend that you set the refresh rate to at least 75Hz, if supported.



Microsoft Windows 2000 and Windows XP users



1. Click Start / Settings / Control Panel, double-click the display icon.

2. In display, click the settings tab.

3. Click the Advanced button.

4. Click the Monitor tab.

5. Within this window you will be able to increase and decrease the computer monitor's refresh rate. We recommend that you set the refresh rate to at least 75Hz, if supported.How to change refresh rate?
First you right click on the desktop and see some window appears. Than I dont remember what to do next. you do one thing you post this question again i will think and agai get back to you.
click on start%26gt;control panel%26gt;display%26gt;click on settings tab%26gt;click advanced%26gt;the next screen you come to you should see a screen to set the refresh rate...look under monitor or screen since it is a laptop.....
