Gta3 shows blank screen how to change resolution out side of game?

hello guys i have a problem my gta3 shows up a blank screen and my monitor shows out of range

i have tried by changing the screen resolution and refresh rate but nothing works how could i change my screen resolution inside the game or out side it



if only you could give me the buttons to press in the in game menu
