How do you a get a monitor refresh rate past 60Hz ?

My monitor is BenQ M2400HD

I use it for a dual screen, but it keeps on blinking every once in a while (sometimes seconds, minutes, hours). When I try to change the refresh rate I can't because there's only 60Hz to choose from. How do I get refresh rates beyond that.

Your video cards are topped out. Your choices are to either lower the resolution and increase the refresh, or get a new video card.

IMHO a higher refresh rate is more important than super hi res. Low refresh rates will give you a headache after time. How do you a get a monitor refresh rate past 60Hz ?
This is a LCD monitor. Such monitors do not allow one to fiddle with refresh rates or native resolution settings.
You dont if your video card does not offer higher refresh rates.
